Associate

Indus-Group offers you an experience that spans many industries, clients and business issues with learning coming in all shapes and sizes, from intensive orientation programs to ongoing training and on-the-job apprenticeship.As an associate you will be challenged to devolop firsthand knowledge of clients’ critical business issues, building client-management , problem-solving and communication skills.You will be given the ownership of significant segments of client projects, as well as responsibility for supporting the broader problem solving effort.

You will conduct interview with key market players and industry specialists and analyze clients’ performance. Your findings and contributions to team discussion, will help deliver impact for clients.

Senior Associate

Individuals with outstanding postgraduate qualification but without significant direct business experience may be recruited into the senior associate program. Successful Associate are also promoted to this program. Each senior associate undertakes a training and development program that is tailored to his or her individual needs. Learning comes in all shapes and sizes, including intensive orientation program for new joiners, ongoning monthly training and on-the-job apprenticeship.

As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with case team members and with clients, drawing on their business knowledge to help drive analysis. As you acquire successful experience on projects and through secondment, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project workstream.

Consultant

Consultant begins to develop specialized knowledge and manage a significant portion of project. They are encouraged to train a junior team members and serve as a thought partner to colleagues. As a consultant you will work closely with clients to develop deep understanding of competitive issues, create strategies for change, secure clients’ buy-in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen.

You will have opportunities to participate in a variety of training programs to build your skills and network with Indus-Group colleagues. The company’s Ambassador program allows top performers to spend a year working, to create a strong network and promote knowledge sharing across Indus-Group

Project Leader

Project Leader build leadership skills by taking ownership pf project management learning to keep one eye on big picture and other on details. You will provide intellectual leadership for the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, harnessing the team’s diversity to ensure the development of creative solutions to complex problems. You will give your team members formal and informal feedback and encourage them as they continue to develop their skills.

By managing the client relationship you ensure that the team exceeds client’s expectations. You will also start to play a role in building the company by participating in recruiting campaigns, contributing to training programs, and writing for internal and external audiences.

Principal

Your proven track record as an outstanding consultant and successful project leader will serve you well as you begin managing multiple client relationships. You will take creative risks to deliver innovative solutions to your clients– contributing to Indus-Group’s intellectual capital and building relationships of trust.

Client will start to seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work and you will play a significant role in defining their strategic agenda. You will learn that you need to delegate and trust others, bringing out the best in your team members and all you interact with. Your bond with your team and your clients will go beyond projects or simple tasks, as they look to you for advice, leadership and guidance.
